Move the main white wire from one side of contactor to the other side for charging without interruption

The original charger that will be removed and a new 4KW Elcon charger installed that will charge with 220V or 110V ...  nice to be able to charge anywhere ....

Ranger EV Volt Pack Upgrade

add a switch for control circuits while charging

and keep from driving off with the vehicle plugged in

Test set in the volt cells to set up the raisers and place the modules in to get all of them in there ....

This Truck is having the new batteries LiMn204 from the Chevrolet Volt cars installed in it ...  these are 45AH packs so I am going to build 2 packs of 368V and 45AH and then Parallel them together to create a 90AH pack to hopefully have 80+ miles to the charge ................

Charge it up with the J1772 system

remove relay and replace it with a bypass wire

Bolting together the module packs to install them want them to be as uniform as possible and not be able to move around in the pack ....

Last thing updated the owners Ds-50 charger to J1772 these are great little chargers you can hang them on the wall or slip it behind the seat and take it with you ....

Build a new J1772 charging female cable unit

into the vehicle...

add some brackets ... bend the tab out of the way and install brackets and relays and cables needed to run the charger ....

added a custom made spoof board to the original bcm ...

and installed a new Battery management system to the front of the pack ... installed bcm and got it all ready and wired in ....

First Thing I empty the battery box and clean out the whole thing to start fresh from scratch .......
