NGS Test to do a Battery Module test

This is a quick guide to the 3 main sections of tests that are usually needed to test problems in the Ranger EV

First section is how to test and clear the codes needed to find problems second test is to do a battery test to see if there is a problem with the modules or readings of the modules ...  the 3rd section is for resetting the historical data and starting all the readings over to get gauges and readings back to the beginning .....

NGS test for reading error codes

Never do this with a full pack ......  the vehicle was not designed to have the data reset with a full voltage pack you must drain the pack down to approx. 324V before resetting the data ...  IMPORTANT ........................

if you have a original NIMH pack it is best to get it under 300V ................
